Weigh-in
With GI just before entering the mat. If the competitor doesn’t make the weight, there will be no refund and the competitor can not enter the competition.

Last day to register is 8th of November.
For those athletes who want to pay the register fee at the competition day,
9th of November between 08.00 and 09.00 am. This is possible, but the
late fee is €40,-. They pay at the location where the Dutch Open is held.

ALL ATHLETES MUST CHECK THEIR REGISTRATION INFORMATION ON THE REGISTRATION CHECK DAY – NOVEMBER 9th ON THIS WEBSITE !!!
Registration Check day
The athletes must make sure that their information is correct by checking the website on the athletes list for their:
1. Weight (with GI) !!!!!!!
2. Belt
3. Open class yes or no
4. Name information
Corrections by e-mail
If there are any mistakes on the information the athletes can send one e-mail with changes on the registration, to Mathieu.peters@home.nl with the subject 'DUTCH OPEN CORRECTION'. The deadline is November 9th 24.00 hours.
After the registration check day, no changes will be made and no refunds will be given.
During the tournament, any mistakes on the brackets that were not correct previous to sign-in check day will lead to immediate disqualification .
First 150 registered athletes will receive a Dutch Open T-shirt.
Prizes
Medals for the three first places in each weight class and a trophy for the best school!
NEW: €500,- for best team!
Best team: The best team title will go to the team with the most awarded point according to the athletes classification:
First place: 9 points
Second place: 3 points
Third place: 1 point

Note: a fighter can only compete in the open class if he also fights his weight class.
Route
Coming from the direction of ´s-Hertogenbosch or Nijmegen:
Follow A50 direction Oss Take exit Oss-Oost [number 16]
Follow direction Oss [Graafsebaan N329]
After ± 4,7 km.
After you have passed the railway go left at the second traffic lights [Singel 40/45].
After 1,9 km on the first roundabout go to the right [Koornstraat]
After ± 300 meter you will find the location.
There is also a huge parking lot 50 meters further down the road.
